At Tail Wags, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your Tail Wags helmet cover purchase. Tail Wags will accept returns within 14 days following receipt of your order.  Please note, however, that we cannot accept returns for any of the following reasons:

• Any item that is returned more than 14 days after receipt of your order.
• Any item that is not in its original condition.
• Any item that is missing its original tags.

If you need to change or cancel an order that has not yet entered the shipping process, or in the rare event that an item is missing or defective, please contact us atinfo@tail-wags.com. In order for us to assist you as quickly and efficiently as possible, please include your order number and all relevant details. Your e-mail will be responded to within 24 hours.

Please note that Tail Wags will cover shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
