The City of Toronto is promoting several events this week to highlight Bike Month 2013. They include guided bike tours, art shows, film screenings and the May 27th Bike to Work Group Commute! Earth Day

It's Earth Day today and I decided the best way I could help our environment is to make a pledge to take my bike on all short trips to the bank, post office and local grocery store. Heaven on Earth

My version of heaven: 80’ below the surface of the ocean. For those of you who have never scuba dived before, I hope you’ll give it a try after reading this blog because it’s a wonderful underwater world that’s just waiting to be discovered. First of all, I was surprised by how incredibly warm the ocean is even though it’s just springtime in the Bahamas. I wore a “shortie” wet suit at the encouragement of the dive staff but I probably could have managed without one. The water was calm and at least 70 degrees even at 80’ under. But...
